Perhaps I missed this part in the description, however the language used was rude and most definitely what I was anticipating. I was expecting a funny, comical account of various run- ins with wildlife. Had I ordered some gangsterish type novel or something like The Godfather I would expect profanity or rude language, never in this venue. I never even read the book- just my initial skimming through was enough for me to toss. Perhaps the book is funny or entertaining- just a buyer beware there is profanity and rude language In this book. This is a story that will make you wonder just how much,is too much forthe human body to handle. You will shake you head in amazement and wounded just how this guy survived to tell about his adventures, rescuinganimals from inhuman treatment by people Ecuador. Then rehabilitating themand then releasing them back to the jungle. Then there is all the other characters who volunteered to who came and left. Plus all the attic antics thatwill have you laughing till you can't breath, but life continues for them all, especially their friendships. A must read adventure and true story.Debra H.
